Welfare was listed on the New OTC Market on Jan. 26.2015 ( Welfare code:831782) Company owning 6 subsidiaries as “Shanghai Welfare Group CO.,Ltd.” “Shaoxing Welfare articles for women and children CO.,Ltd” “Zhejiang Welfare paper CO.,Ltd” “Shaoxing Welfare articles for daily use CO.,Ltd” “Shaoxing Welfare industrial CO.,Ltd” “Shaoxing Ouerpai health products CO.,Ltd” locating both in Shanghai and Shaoxing covering an area of more than 200 acres. the company has modern factory buildings which are more than 10 thousand square meters, dozens of manufacturing equipments including several first-class imported paper machines which can producing more than 4 million cartons of daily use articles and 8 tons of disposal paper. Welfare has established a system for production, management and transportation. The company has four major product categories such as “health product”, “baby product”, ”care product”,” disposal paper product” . The brands known as “Welfare” and “Sound of Paper” are even evaluated as the “Famous brand” by both Shanghai and Zhejiang Province.
